Biggest ATG7 surprises

Now that ATG7 has been out for a bit thought it might be time to discuss the new cards some more.

Which cards have been the biggest surprise so far?
Which cards you did not expect to see used but have been?
Any cards you expected to be popular which have quickly fallen out of favor?
Any cards performing much higher or lower than you expected?

I'd say Alan Benes has been quite the surprise in this league. He was leading the league in ERA but slipped to 3rd behind Addie Joss and that guy named Maddux.

So far Babe Herman has performed well. Also am trying Bill Dahlen in a theme league, though the e40 will likely bite me in the backside fairly often.
