Hi guys - we are almost done. When tallying rosters I found out I shorted Lev 1 pick - he started with 11 open roster spots & I had miscounted at 10. So Lev gets a final pick, and then we are done & all the rosters seem to match up.

I will be working on updating the rosters by position tab for a while & then will send the new spreadsheet for review.

Thanks for you guys who helped keep us moving when I was offline, much appreciated!

Nice job on the draft - couple of slow point but fewer skips than normal from what I recall. Looking forward to a very competitive & fun year!

Platoon pitcher???

Man what I wouldn't give to get Anibal Sanche's card vs LHH and Max Scherzer's card vs RHH on the same card.

I could see me moving those 2 back and forth from the minors depending on the match ups... ;)

Yeah I will be doing some of that this year when I go to the RH or extreme hitter parks. My last few picks like Capuano, Jackson, etc were aimed at giving me R/L and hitter/pitcher park matchup flexibility, and Joyce may get some PT in hitter parks as well at DH. Actually after finding Capuano's card that late in the draft, was a little bummed i had dealt Darvish to get an * SP in Kuroda. I like Kuroda's card a lot but Capuano's is not too much worse, especially in Safeco half the time. But Kuroda does have those tasty 13 pts of GIDPs on both sides, that has a lot of value...

Closer(s) available

Looking to get an R(2) reliever or other useful piece for either or both of Tyler Clippard and Joe Nathan - one or the other was aced out of a roster spot when I picked up Darren O'Day. Clippard's really good against LHB, Nathan is more balanced.

anyone else going through draft withdrawl???

VERY anxious to get the season underway. I hope Strat launches sooner than TSN did. But I bet they don't.

I'm actually worried that it may take SOM longer than TSN since this is their first year. New people involved have to be brought up to speed with a routine that Bernie probably had a good process in place.

Prospect draft is usually March, which is my preference as February will be hella busy for me @ work...aside from Feb 11 of course... :D

Looks like I'll need two replacement picks as neither Ramos or Hoover got cards.
