I think Damon was only supposed to be available to me (KC) in the auto draft. I'll be afk much of the weekend...I would like to reserve the right to take him off Yankees roster on Monday morning if I don't get my waiver-claims outfielder. Is that acceptable to everyone?

Damon does belong to KC in the autodraft. If you tried to draft him and he went to the Yanks instead, then the Yanks should trade him to you in exchange for the guy you got by mistake.

in the interest of full disclosure, I did NOT autodraft him, but I think he should be available to me in waivers. He currently is not. So he should probably drop Damon, and then Damon is available to everyone he ever played for in waivers, including the Yankees team that actually drafted him. That would be most fair...Boston and TB should have a shot at him too.

The Yanks drafted Damon in error, since Damon's only card is with KC -- and a player must be carded to a team to be eligible for the autodraft.

Yes, the Yanks need to drop Damon before the waivers period ends.
