45 Mil League- Filled

Final fling for the 2011 cards. Saw a low-cap league in ATG and reminded me that we haven't done one here in awhile. Here is the deal.

45 mil cap with at last one star player (we will set it up as a 60 mil league). Autodraft,Waivers
Vote on DH when you sign up Yes, No. I'll wait and cast my vote if needed
MUST have at least one 4.5 mil or higher pitcher OR a 5.5 mil or higher hitter

I thought there was a new feature where you could name any salary cap? or is the minimum 60? (theoretically, it could be 12.5 ! -- though I'm not sure what it would be given that 300 players have to be drafted, and there aren't that many at lowest prices)

I'm a little confused here. Is is 45 million, or 60 million? I understand that it has to be set up as a 60 million league, but will the 45 million cap be enforced or has it been adjusted to 60?

it's 45 by a gentlemen's agreement -- but the league must be 60 due to the SOM online requirements
