I'm going to change the format of this posting to match our divisions and posting the rules on page one for easy reference.

Draft $80Mil
20 rounds, 19 players, one park.
Waivers guys go at the top of the draft list.
5/10/20 waivers
Advanced
no frenzy
No clock fIrst round. Three hours thereafter.
Clock is 10 to 10 EDT (9 to 9 Diamond Dope Time)
Remember to turn Proxies on the first time or they won't run

We're forming this league for the new 2012 cards. I recall the last season formation took weeks to get owners onboard.
