Back to 90s...How do you propose a trade??

In the Back to the 90s game, how do you propose a trade to another team?

I read the "help" section and it talks about a "trade/mail center" on the left navigation bar.

I don't see it.

What am I missing? (Besides sight and a brain obviously).

Never mind, I figured it out.
