Pre-Card Draft Keeper League -- Season 29 -- PLAY BALL!

As far as I know, all players are shown at the position likely to appear first on their Strat cards.

Note: The ones shown as "NO CD" are obviously uncarded players. A few others may also end up in that category.

The annual free agent draft is officially scheduled to begin on February 7. There is no clock in round one, though, so if managers want to begin early, that's okay!

L Single* 1-4/L Homerun 1-16
R Single* 1-9/R Homerun 1-19

If you've got a bunch of bombers in your lineup it can be yours for something more neutral.

I see I have no pick in the first round ,j kendaall has my pick .On the roster it says I traded my pick for n/a or Not Available. How did old Not perform for me, I can't recall. Funny names they give these players today ,peculiar names unusual names ,who's on first,Not's on second

Why doesn't strat-o-matic develope a keeper league with their existing cards. In other words draft your mlb
team with known players and then mask (change the name) on rookie players without showing their cards.
(after drafted you'll never know their true name until that card is retired)

They could run say 250 at bats and use those stats for a rookie draft among teams. Every 50 days or so you
have your league....play-offs....series and then a rookie draft....and immediately start another season.

Each team could retain a minor league team (say 8-10 players) where you could make call-ups or trade prospects.

This method would truly allow each Team Owner to build a dynasty. Any thoughts ideas?
