It is so easy...

all the Strat guys would have to say is

"Yes we will introduce Fantasim in July or pick a month or sorry Fanatasim will not be resurrected

and in the interest of customer service we will return your credit and for good will give you one more."

"and by the way we have not forgot the live draft we continue to work and target date is ______________ (fill in the blank)

or sorry guys we are just not that smart to figure it out but maybe we will in the future"

Is it that hard to respond and keep us up to date instead of the dribble we get

just saying

Q: Is FantaSim coming back?
A: We have talked about it and will consider working on it in the future. However due to its revenue history relative to its developmental costs, it does not fit into our financial plans for the immediate term

They have answered this question, its right in the FAQ which Mr. BBW quoted above...

bottom line they aren't doing it.

They are just using a politician's version of the word no. ;)

Since they aren't resuming Fantasim soon, SOM really needs to return a credit to the 11 players in the league (probably two credits just for the length of time their money has been tied up in a non-league.

Seems obvious doesn't it?
Yet hasn't happened.

That's because they don't bother to pay attention to the wish lists, the suggestions, and any other customer's voice.

At this point, I'd almost rather not hear their reply. That would be worse than being ignored, because there cannot be a good response now, we're way past that point.

The archive of sportingnews.com's old SOM baseball forum seems to be missing the Fantasim thread.

It is hard to believe they wouldn't at least respond to you when you contact them and ask for your refund. Very poor customer service. Poor customer service will eventually run these products into the ground.

Never asked for a refund, I want the game. A few of us have all gotten the same, "it's in discussion" response and nothing else.

I'm Desmond in the hatch here...

You keep pressing the button. I never played, but I hope they consider bringing it back.
