Another Anson question

I just saw a weird thing about the Anson card. He has weak power vs. LHP, but also has a BPHR on 1-2. How does that work?

I scanned the posts and saw a few about the injury anomaly, but none seem to address the BPHR quirk.

I guess it means that if the roll is a 1-2, he can hit a HR if 20 side die lands inside BP parameters, but if a BP HR comes up on the pitchers card, he can only get a single

Or it could be one of those famous display errors. Perhaps he should be a power N.

Anyone have a boxscore where a 1-2 got rolled when he was at bat against a lefthander and split card turned up within that park's parameters?

I suspect that is the only way we will know because I doubt this gets any official response.
