Frank (or others interested) This league will follow these rules.
The league consists of owning two teams. The teams will be determined by a two round draft. It will be a wraparound
draft. (pick #1 picks last in round 2: Pick #12 then picks 13th)
* $80M
* Select one of your two stadiums
* You can trade players but not their rights
* The draft will be determined by a random order using
random.org.
* Minimum of 24 players per team
* Divisions will be determined when you sign up.
* This is a standard SOM player draft not a live draft.
* The league will be posted on SOM once the team draft is
complete.
* After the draft you must remove the players that are not
eligible for your team.
* ELIGIBLE PLAYERS ARE DEFINED AS HAVING A TEAM LISTED ON
THEIR SOM CARD.
