Dan, of your 5 RP's 2 are uncarded. Hoover and Ramos. Here's what the commish said on 2/15 regarding such a situation:

Keep in mind, as you gather your last spare parts in the final rounds of the draft, that we do not yet know what SOM plans to do about the unleashed set. This was a TSN construct that may or may not continue in the new regime.

This means that you might not be able to load your team, for example, if you do not have 2 catchers who are carded (or 4 "pure" relievers).

If you find yourself stuck in that situation after the new online game arrives, then your only option would be to trade a more valuable player to some manager who is willing to part with the talent you need. There are no additional picks allowed after the draft officially ends.

You have 3 "pure" relievers. You need to work out a deal with another manager to get another RP.
