Customer Support Was Impressive!

I have made many posts here when I think something should be improved or if there is a problem with the game. So, I think it's only fitting that I point out something that went very right.

I had a situation on Thursday where I needed a change made to a new, not-yet-full league. I sent my request in and I had a reply five minutes later! The new league will start Monday thanks to their prompt service.

Totally agree! Had a issue with a missing credit and within the day my credit was there. It is great to see the huge improvement over the previous regime that ran this online version.

I have had 3 issues 2 involved not being able to get into a private league even when PW was correct and another was a lost credit ,all 3 were handled promptly if not the same day within 24 hours. Service has definitely gotten
better and I also think the entire game and site are better with strato than with Sporting news .I know there is still room for improvement etc but it is definitely better
