Fexix Hernandez is a waste of money as a 6th starter. Might be useful if he were an SR but a starter only just a paperweight. I would probably dump him for another reliever (though at 200 mil a decent one may not be available) and set your relievers on quick hook so HAL will be more likely to use fresh ones and never fatigued ones. Or use the money to upgrade an offensive position if there is still something useful on FA market. (Unlikely in a 200 mil league but worth looking) Might consider just dropping him to free up money for moves elsewhere or better for flexibility in negotiating trades. Or if there is still a LH S/R out there who could contribute to bullpen and provide spot starter specialist for heavy LH road parks money might be better spent. Ideally you would trade for that but doubt King Felix is going to have much trade value.
You have Yaz at almost 10 mil with no stats. Assume you just picked him up, possibly after dropping foster?
Regardless with Williams playing LF Yaz is an expensive defensive replacement. Suppose you could DH Williams but assuming you are platooning Howard/Howard.
You might consider shopping Yaz and Ryan Howard for a good reliever to bolster your bullpen. If you trade yaz and feel you need a defensive replacement for Williams in LF pick up someone much cheaper. If you trade Ryan Howard the use Williams as DH against righties and start Yaz in LF.
Biggest comment though is don't panic and feel you have to make a move. You do after all have a winning record so a small tweak with a small improvement could pave way for making playoffs.
