PC Update - Championship Round - West now loading!

This is a quick note on the championship round.

The championship round is a 24 team league, no DH, $60 cap. It will be an autodraft. We will be using the unleashed set. The drop penalty is 20%.

The divisions will be pre-appointed based on seeding by point totals in the 4 events.

It will be starting very soon. The playoff seeding will be determined no later than Friday March 22. It may be determined a little sooner than that.

However, we can begin loading the East Division at any time now, with the confirmed seeding spots of Terry101 (1st overall), mesquiton (8th) and thisisray (9th).

The other 3 teams for the East division will be the 16th, 17th and 24th ranked teams. These won't be known until michaelrobb11 gets closer to the end of his event 4 (March 22) or possibly a little sooner than that.

I will set up the league and send them the passwords for loading their teams in the East division in the next couple of days.

Meanwhile, I would ask all of the top 24 managers to begin getting your teams drafted, so that you are ready to load on March 22 and the following few days!!!

Geoff, looks to me like those East seedings won't be confirmed at least until ROGGIE completes his semifinals in League 7. He's currently tied 2-2, would pass thisisray and me with a 5-point semis win, then could juggle seedings further next week if he wins the championship and bumps hendrix08 into 8th...?

Also looks like a real possibility that FoggyOne or DrPublix could still crack the Top 24. Both are currently in playoff position in League 8, which wraps up this week. Both could have enough points to go all the way by winning the league championship (which would go into the week following March 22).

Has anyone heard from killermarc recently? Is anyone in any leagues with him? If so please email him to remind him to get his team in.

^^^ If we don't hear from killermarc sometime tomorrow i will temporarily plug his spot in the east by entering a team of my own, so that people can start loading in the central within a day or so. I'll send PM's to people in the central about that time.
