If I could, I would propose scheduling draft times in half-hour increments. Could get 2 rounds in per day easily at least...

I have never done that way of drafting but it does look like a great way to do it

it's less about speeding it up and more about respecting peoples' time. If you know when you will be drafting, you don't need to check in constantly, and if you are late with a pick you won't hold up the whole draft.
