Okay then, sorry about that, thought it was weird, and a bit frustrating, that you'd throw that out there and then have no response.

Guys, we have to hold on a second here. If you go back to the previous page on the draft thread, you will see that at 2:04 PM (which was actually 3:04) I posted my draft pick (#35) of Wade Davis. Apparently, Niner must have posted a proxy at approximately the same time (2:06). It's an honest mistake, but Niner subsequently drafted Davis at the top of the next round. That pick is invalid, so I'm going to ask Niner what he would like to do here, as two picks were make after him. As my next pick is now up, I am going to wait here until we get this sorted out.

After Niner picks, I'd like to place a temporary halt to the draft to let Blue and Cubit to get caught up. We will resume once they had caught up. This is a one-time courtesy, but please, gentlemen, let's check in more frequently. I know life is difficult and our responsibilities can be overwhelming and I appreciate all the efforts being made to be prompt.

Cubit has stated in other keeper league threads to skip him after 10 minutes time, he simply doesn't have time during normal business hours to stay on top of the draft. I e-mail him directly whenever he is on the clock and the earliest he usually gets back to me is late afternoon and early evening. By his own admission he does not want to hold us up any longer then necessary.

Apologies everyone; today has been a Hell of a Monday. Good news bad business-- My university has been selected as a partner in the new Abe Initiative for Student Exchange by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a big honor for us, but a huge headache for me, since I am supposed to run it. We shall see. The whole day was spent in consultation with university officials and Japanese diplomats trying to iron out what this means for us and how we can do it all be the time they want our delegation to leave for Japan in May! Good News, Bad News. At least a reason for my seeming indifference.

I will repeat this announcement on several of the Keeper Leagues I am in, all deep into their drafts, so that folks will at least know why I have been out of touch today. I just picked in USKL.
