I have Kershaw in one league. He's 3-1 in six games with a 2.98 ERA. He struck out 39 and walked 22 in 42 innings with a 1.44 whip. We'll see where he goes from here.......About 2 weeks ago I got two no hitters in two days from him in two different 2011 leagues. That was pretty cool.

that's MY kershaw geekor posted in the 100m in progressive. he's now 5-7, 100k's in 82 innings, and unlike most of the kershaw klones, has far fewer hits than innings. but 16 bombs in a dozen games, and like geekor pointed out, all or nothing...either pulled by the 5th with 7 or 8 runs...or 9 complete giving up a run or two...hence, a 4.89 e.r.a.

p.s. that's thru 48 games, 22-26, four out of the wildcard, and geekor's team has THIRTY wins, and a completely RH starting rotation.

on the same team, price is 6-2 with a 3.98 e.r.a., more innings, few homers, and a higher whip...and about 2m less.

as for frazier...just dropped him about 50-games in. 230's ba, under .300 obp, .423 slug, but 20 of his 45 hits were for extra bases, 7 homers, 27 rbi. he started strong and faded, but did drive in some runs. traded him for zimmerman who naturally went 0-11 his first series with me...

kershaw now 5-9, era 5.36 leads league in runs allowed, 2nd in homers with 19 gopherballs. price 6-2 on same team in progressive, a park in which kershaw's numbers should actually improve. im gonna have to cash him in for 2 or 3 productive players since no one's likely to trade for him...how can you anyway with the salary, makes a trade almost impossible.

OK -- I have Kershaw in 2 leauges and thought I would give him a few starts before condemning him as a "bust".
Here he is for me in my 2 leagues:

League 1: 9 Starts -- 3-4 record, 5.76 ERA 1.43 WHIP (Great American Park)
League 2: 9 Starts -- 3-5 record, 4.48 ERA 1.25 WHIP (Miller Park)

Yeah, $9M+ well spent!!! Glen Head jacked up his card really good. I blame it on East Coast bias. If Kershaw were a Yankee or a Met, he wouldn't have a walk or a hit on his card!
