Draft question

It's been a few years since I've played the online game. I received a free credit so I gave it a shot. My draft just ran and I'm sure I'm forgetting this but why did I miss out on a player I had ranked #4 on my draft sheet? No one else drafted him, no one dropped him, he's sitting in waivers.

That's odd. Maybe there is a glitch in the draft matrix. Are you sure you had him listed,....and no one dropped him after the draft was run?

If you're 100% sure you had him on your card and no one else dropped him, I would email SOM. They can see your draft card and let you know if it was correct or not.

No one dropped him. That was the third thing i did after checking my team and then the league rosters. As for being sure, I always copy/paste my draft card into excel to rank. Next time Ill screen shot as well. I did send in an email with my team and league id. Ill let u all know how it turns out. Sucks tho he would have been pretty useful. My league has a lot of hitter parks.

If the draft engine really did F**k up, I would just request either a re-draft of the league, to get it right, or at least a free credit.

I don't remember seeing it wrong in forever, but if they were testing some change, maybe something got messed up.

I still like my team so no redraft! I just wasnt sure why i missed on someone that went thru to waivers. Im 6th in waivers so maybe i still get him.

I got a free credit so I thought I'd give it a try. The draft and waivers was so much fun I bought a second team!

I have only played 2 drafted teams so far with a live draft of the first 12 picks. In both drafts of 13 players I got 5 and then 4 players and was first in waivers both times. After the first draft I posted that it was the worst I have ever done followed by 2 days later I beat it with only 4 players. Maybe something is wrong in River City.

It should show you what your draft card actually was. If in fact you listed a player on your card, did not get him, and he was on waivers after the draft, then send an email to strato complete with screenshots. Oh, and make sure you check the transactions and make sure nobody dropped him post draft. Very unlikely since that would mean they were dropping a player they had top 4 on their card, but still possible. And you want to cover all bases before bringing up to Strat.

I would say proper remedy would be letting you keep this team and give you a credit toward another one.
