OK. I've been paging and PM'ing Duval. I will continue to do so. If he does not check in soon, he may have to be replaced. I will keep trying.

FOR NOW, IN ORDER TO BEGIN LOADING THE MIDWEST, I WILL PUT MY TEAM IN THE CENTRAL AS A 'PLACEHOLDER' IN THAT DIVISION, SO THAT THE MIDWEST MAY BEGIN LOADING.

Once Duval checks in, he and I can trade places in the Central. I will do that AFTER the Midwest loads and before the West loads.

IF Duval does not check in by the time the Midwest finishes loading, THEN I will ask the 25th place finisher to take his place in the Central division. If Duval does not check in by the time the Central is loaded with the replacement manager, then he has forfeited his appearance in the finals of the tournament, and any chance at the prizes. (Commissioner's ruling).
