Those are great stats for E. L. I tend not to have very good luck with high injury players though. My team has a lot of players without 600 PA's. They have been fortunate so far over the 1st quarter of a season. But I am always concerned about multiple injuries simultaneously - especially with all the platoons on this current team. :o

I also have Longoria playing 67 of 69 team games so far. he is on the same team as smyly I mentioned in the begining of the thread, who, is 9-2 now, with a 2.44 and .88 era/whip.

Oh, yeah, all the people that were saying that lefties would get killed, please keep saying that, so I can draft smyly every time.

yes, my team may be a fluke due to the fact I got super lucky in a league that possibly the managers dont know how to read cards, or, what cards work best in what parks.

I think that this years pricing, the people only noticed the "bad" pricing of the "good" cards. But nobody noticed value of the bad cards, with cheap pricing.

According to this years ratings book, Smyly is 14th against LH with 10.3 hit chances. And 46th, against RH with 14.9
Comparing SPers fewist hit chances against both L and R hitters, Of the top 46 pitchers with 90+ IP, there are "only" 14 Spers, that make both lists.

If you want to assign a value of 1 being for fewist hits, and 46 being most hits. Drew Smyly would have a value of 60 (14th place, and 46th place) David Price, has a value of 53. Without getting yelled at by SOM for giving this info out on the threads like they ask us not to, I cant divulge more info from the ratings book. its cheap, buy it. SOM does let us give a sample of info out, and, I feel that is what i did so far, just a sample, but would prefer not to get suspended for such. lol

Michael thanks for the above information. I would be shocked and saddened if SOM penalized you for giving out some information from the ratings book on ONE PLAYER. I have bought the book several times in years past.

I prefer paper, but for the same price, you can purchase a download of the book now. All the same info, just a download. I have multiple devices like a kindle and ipad I can purchase books on. I am so hard core a real book fan, that I wont use them as an ereader lol. Anyhoo....
