Fred,

Constitution states that Prospect draft order will be based on previous season's regular season record. I interpreted that to be season 2's records...the draft order you have set up now is combined records...

please clarify for us before Zim picks because he wouldn't pick until 6th if based just on season 2

Zim I would hold off on picking before we hear from Fred on this...jmlopp would be picking 3rd if based on season 2 only

I see what you're referring to. I quoted the relevant clause here. For our purposes it's going to be seasons plural. It may/may not have been intended that way but we're playing it as seasons plural as in two or combined. Since we did the Spring FA draft as seasons plural I think it only logical to keep it the same with the Prospect draft.

"All subsequent prospect drafts are non-serpentine, and sdraft order is based on the previous season's regular season records."
