New Division Randomization

Noticed this is now supposed to be an option. This is something many have been asking for. Curious if anyone has tried it and how well you think it is working.

When I was at another site, they randomized every league and you never knew your opponents until the league was finalized. I think this is superior, because it keeps owners from dodging leagues because of tough competition.

I almost always join the East and move of my successful teams have been in the East. A few in the central. I do not remember a lot of success in the west. Wanna take odds on whether I wind up int West 99% of the time.

I'd like to think that it never would have happened if I hadn't pushed them to incorporate this as a Barnstormers requirement. I needed it before Event #1 and I got it.
