Looking over a couple of other keepers I'm in, one is capped at 12 and the other hasn't started yet and has no limitations listed on it. I'm good with however everybody else feels on it and whatever is in the best interest of the league.

I've always liked the 10 cap personally. Keeps peeps from hoarding.
