I liked Mcdonald also, would have taken him a round or two later.

I am punting the SS category this draft (too many average SSs to worry about drafting one) so McDonald was not on my list. But he looks like a worthy pick.

Just throwing this out there....I'm not really a fan of a 20 round draft. Why go this far and not finish, seems a little silly to just autodraft 5 players. I would say just go all 25 or reduce it to 12-15 rounds (my preference) and autodraft 10+ since most integral parts of your team would be drafted by then and it would speed up the process.

Just my $ .02 :)

Now I've heard that proposition before and agree to go for the 12-15 rounds with the stadium included.

The *only* reason we dont' draft all 25 rounds is so that the "frenzy" isn't random. The thought being that someon emight miss out on a player in the last 5 that makes a diffence and so there is a rationale for the waivers period.

Before we'd shorten the draft, it would make more sense to draft al 25 players and the park.

At this poit, it's tradition so don't mess with it. ;)

Looks like we could have waited another round to take McDonald. Probably jumped the gun on when platoon guys were going to go.

Waiting on Big A to make his second pick. Looks like someone *must* have taken hs proxy. Not enternig a proxy because I want to see who's going to be taken, but will pick when I wake up in the morning.

Yeah, SS pretty much blows this time around, but you have to take one eventually. ;)

We finally took Asubral as the "best" of the remaining options. Initiallly was looking at Crawford but went way earlier than we were prepared to go. Then we were looking at E Cabrera, but he got taken. so......

Ain't much left there.

To manage expectations, I'm visiting my remote office this week and next week. I'm back over the weekend so will load my team before heading out. If we can run the waivers closer to the following weekend - I'd be a happy tourist. :D
