Replay Usage

PostMon Apr 01, 2013 6:13 pm

I am a big fan of the replay feature that is new or at least somewhat new. It adds a very exciting aspect to the games. Do you guys watch the replays before looking at the box scores? Do you have any rituals or superstitions while watching your games be replayed? Or do some of you go straight for the box scores and outcomes?

I really like the replay feature. I use it almost every day. I tend to watch my "games of the night" series, and then reveal the scores for my other series!

I have enjoyed it as well. I have to admit though, I go right to the scores first. Then after I calm down a little I watch the replays

Love it. Use the replays at fast speed because I get impatient. Exception, If It's late in the season and I'm out of contention I'll look at scores first.

For me, its a morning ritual. I get up at 8. Put a pot of java on, some replay on netflix, at the moment, Im on season 3 of Lost, again. lol Then I kick back with Lost on in the back ground, and watch every game my teams are in on replay. Right now, I have 10 active teams I think. Takes bout 2 hours for everything. Then, I can have my day.

And yes, two hours a day seems alot, but at the moment, I have lots of time to kill with the shoulder surgery two weeks ago, the infection that ensued, and the gall bladder surgery in 10 days coming up. lol

Oh, and the owner of the Domino's Pizza I am the GM for, said I need to work more hours.... guessing the 30 i put in last week wasnt enough...

Oh, for those that never had a bad gall bladder, it goes something like this...

i eat (turkey or tuna, only things that dont send me to the ER)...
I get a sick feeling, then the fever starts, with the chills and shivers and all.

See, the body treats my bad gall bladder, as an infection, tries to fight it as one also, So, while I am truly not sick, nor suffering from an infection, my body says, WTF is goin on, get this thing outta me, and fights it best it can, which, is like a flu essentially.

Fun stuff. lol

Michael I hope you feel better soon.....Tell your boss to chill out.. I sometimes spend two hours or more on Strat-O-Matic whether it is here on-line or with the CD-ROM.

Back when I was a data processing manager I took off one day to have surgury. The vice president of accounting actually asked me if there was a contact number they could reach me at during the procedure. Ahhh, just call the main hospital switchboard. I am sure they will being a cordless headset in to the OR, wake me up so i can answer a few questions, and then put me back under.
