I have some teams in CD/Windows leagues as well as SOMO and pitchers giving up too many HR's is a problem there as well. I don't think SOMO does anything on purpose to cause this, it's just a weakness of the SOM system that if a roll goes to the batter's card it does not matter who the pitcher is the result is based strictly on the hitter. Usually it evens out to roughly realistic results but there are usually a few elite/very good pitchers who get hammered all season. Most of the time it's relievers who end up giving up way more HR's than in real life.

I think Kershaw is worth the card. He is carrying my team as everyone was a bust and had to make some major trades to get back to .500 and a tie for 1st with a handful of games left. SGT D
