Defensive Replacements

Why will your defensive replacements only work with a lead of 3 or less?
I want Albert Belle removed from LF for Bobby Clark whether I am up by 2 or 12.
It just makes sense, so please remove the 3 run lead restriction.

I would like something like this too---in the Team Strategy section you could put an inning for defensive replacements switch--maybe 6th, 7th or 8th inning, and maybe based on size of lead also-- maybe with 5 run or more lead - 6th inning, and with 4 run or less lead 8th inning.

When I'm up by 4, I would really love to have Kevin Mitchell replaced at 3rd base by Cecil Travis. That's why I checked the box, Rem 4 def sub.

PLEASE fix this
