What's the Book on . . . ?

Anybody ever use Max Manning or Hideo Nomo? I am thinking of using each but still have time to make adjustments to my rosters in preseason. Manning is on my $80 mil cap team. Nomo is on my $100 mil cap team.

Any insight you have will be greatly appreciated.

Neither of these are my teams, but I thought he'd be better. Looks like the walks hurt him.

Manning is here on a 110M team holding his own against a stronger hitting in a higher 80M league. He's only 7-8, but doing better than some of the other pitchers. Haven't used Nomo much... I only subscribe to American made products..except for Ichiro.
