It appears to be $120m, similar to last year, based on Ducapa's last post in the original thread -

Ducapa wrote - Also for the salary cap we never voted ($120M or higher in the rules). Last season we used $140M cap but set a soft cap of $120M, so basically everybody must maintain available cash of $20M or more by each night before the 10pm eastern deadline for lineups. If nobody has a an issue with this then we will use the $120M soft cap.

WJS6768- just so you know, I have sent a note to HAL.

Once we get going, it's just the normal game engine limits on the number of players we can have on our active roster,right?

In other words, I could pick up an extra player from the Angels or Rays, (a 26th player), subject to the $120 million soft cap?
