I should have an 11th round pick for the Carlos Beltran trade.

Drew,
Please check your Roster & Combined Roster. The Combined Roster shows you at 40. I know you dropped 11 and promoted Zach Britton and traded Carlos Beltran. I've triple checked your draft picks and your drops. What am I missing?

Are we on a 3 hour clock until 11:31, or are we considering the lapsed time between the last pick in round 10? I don't want to jump ahead, but I also wouldn't mind being done. I'm heading out to a meeting in a few minutes.

Grant,
We are on a 3 hour clock, 10A.M. - 10 P.M.. I think we need to change the rules to after the 1st Round we go to time slots of an hour or 2 hours instead of a 3 hour clock. Lots of Keeper Leagues do it.. My 2 cents worth.

@Tim, I think skipping is my main question that should have answer.

Some leagues allow only one owner to be skipped at a time, and others allow multiple owners to be skipped. For instance:

Clock starts at 10 AM for Owner A
Owner A times out at 1 PM, Owner B is on the clock
At 4 PM Owner B times out

Scenario 1
Clock in on hold until Owner A or B picks

Scenario 2
Owner C is on the Clock at 4 PM, If Owner C times out at 7 PM, Owner D is up at 10 AM the next morning.

We'd be at different points in the draft depending on the scenario. I'd advocate for scenario 2, even if it starts at the point where we are currently in the draft.

Drew,
I found the mistake. I counted Villanueva in the SPs Section and in the RPs Section on the Combined Roster. You are good with Luis Valbuena. That puts you at 40. My apologies and thanks for your help.

Guys,
I have finally researched the Joe Nathan Issue and have found that Joe Nathan has been Cubit's since the initial FA Draft of this League. I can't find where Cubit Dropped Nathan anywhere. JMP picked him up in the last Supplemental FA Draft in error. I and Joe Kendall(then Asst Commish) missed it. Cubit missed it as well. I guess I need to be fired. I'll let that up to you guys. As compensation, JMP is entitled to make another pick in this FA Draft. If anyone feels that more is needed please say so. I think we need to have an Executive Board in this League, but that is another issue.
