A couple things I see:

1) I'd tweak the pen a little bit. Replace Honeycutt and Knowles with a hard left (Sambito, Roberts) and a hard right (Garman, Linzy). If Bennett is your LH specialist out of the pen, he's too expensive for a 60M league with Murray already on your team. If he's there to combat an all-lefty team in your division, that makes sense.

2) Lineup seems to be lacking OBP and pure power - a lot of good average cards that may only hit .270 with .320 OBP. See if you can find a cheaper OBP guy, even if it's a platoon (like Weintraub or Mazzilli). Might also want to find a cheap guy who has solid power even if his D sucks. Not sure about Thomson, he might fit that bill, but still seems like it will be tough to score runs.

I would dump Wehmeier and pick up a starter only or scrub hitter. A scrub pitcher who can relieve is trouble

IMO check your league and see just how many all RH or all LH lineups are there, then decide accordingly as to whether you need a Bennett or Sutton type as a starter. Also consider losing Murray and getting a another 3 mil SP and maybe replace Murray with two 2-3mil RPs. If you are going to go with a weaker type pen then definitely consider getting some SP8 or SP9s. Nolan Ryan, Eddie Plank...few if any HRs on their cards.

Also you have really nobody you can rely to not get hurt at some point, maybe consider one or two more less injury prone every day players. You also have no OF arms to scare anyone.

Consider Dandridge for your infield at this cap, also consider a replacement for Dihigo, while he might hit at this cap, his D while quite flexible is suspect at almost every position, lots of errors. There's a decent Winfield card at 4mil. Carew has a few cheaper cards that will get you OBP and hits.
