A little fun with math during my lunch hour at work.

The first pick of this draft was Tue 5-14 at 11:39PM. We have currently made 29 picks in 156 hours since the draft began. That averages out to 1 pick every 5.38 hours. In 26 rounds we will be making 312 selections. If we remain at the current pace the projected finish of this draft will be Monday July 22.

However with vacations and whatnot I doubt we can keep up the current pace.

Im on vacation for 9 of those days and will gladly help to expedite the draft by making everyone elses picks during that time period

I had suggested that everyone could help pitch-in with notifications via e-mail when someone has been up for more than an hour. That would help. I send out the standings updates to everyone, so all the e-mails are there. I will do this when I can, but cannot monitor it all the time. Thanks!

I have never given much credence to "Extra Sensory Perception" or the"Super Natural," but with Bob Risden selecting Chick Hafey I am beginning to think his day job might involve palm reading. I have made 80 picks over these four leagues, and 16 times the player I had in mind was taken right before by Bob. Chicago and Bakesfield must be about 2,000 miles apart, it is amazing he can read my thoughts over that distance. Doug I might take you up on your offer to make my picks.
