Trade Function Salary Calculation

Is the trade function not properly working? The trade screen calculates the net team salary normally but the last few times I've tried it, the total is remaining equal to the starting cash value. See the example below. Has anyone else run across this?

I had the same problem. If you change or update your browser it should be ok. I originally had internet explorer and it was working fine, and then one day it didn't. I changed to Google Chrome and it worked again. Now I'm using the latest internet explorer and it's ok again.
