I would assume that the runner on 1b was held on. With a runner held on 1b and a left handed batter at the plate, add 1 to both the ss and 1b fielding range. If a right handed hitter were up , add 1 to the 2b and 1b fielding range. (This btw is why would rather have a 4 at 3b than 1b. because with any runner held on 1b that 4 1bman becomes a 5)
