Too Many Lead-Off Guys?

PostThu May 30, 2013 1:18 pm

C - Sanguillen
1B - Anson
2B - Lajoie
3B - Frisch
SS - Aybar
LF - Hamilton
CF - Lofton
RF - Ichiro

No DH. My concern is that the team will hit .320 but not score

I agree, buying drinks at the bar doesn't let you score either. Your best bet,,RUN RUN RUN!

You again? LOL

Frisch and Lajoie are capable of being RBI type guys. I would not worry too much about getting a big bat, especially in an 80 mill league. Solid D, good baserunners (I like guys who run bases well, not necessarily great base stealers) and OBP will win you a lot of games in Forbes.

I think team looks solid, not wild about Hamilton's D in the outfield but in LF should not hurt you too much, hoepfully his offense will offset any shortcomings in the field.

Team looks pretty solid to me...Good luck!

One thing I would suggest is to drop Tunnell and get a straight SP, no RP card or Hal will stick him in when you would rather he didn't! ;)
