First 140m Team - I think I am in Over My Head

This is my first attempt at the 140m level. I ended up with the following after waivers. I am think it looks good, but then compared the my 80m team why wouldn't it. I have doubts about Griffey Jr. Lynn, Edmonds, Averial are available.

I'm not sure why you got rid of Rickey, he might have been your best OF for the money...outfield defense is quite important in 140 leagues. I wouldn't go for a bad defensive OF unless you were talking a masher like Bonds, Babe or Teddy....that said I wouldn't use Kelley in a $140 league unless at DH....Also, not a big fan of the expensive Reggie card, the lower cost cards are great in $100 and $80 leagues...but not here. I kinda like Kelley as your DH and Frank Thomas as your full time 1b (he's iron so you don't need a back up)

What I like:
The only suggestion for pitching is to drop Brabender and replace with a .50 SP ala Medich and his ilk, otherwise your pitching looks just fine everywhere!

SS - Boudreau
dh - Kelley
CF - Griffey
3b - McGraw

Need a list of free agents at LF, RF, 2B

Stanky is sometimes a nice OBA leadoff type in a $100m league, but he rarely helps especially with SO MANY so OBA types like Boudreau, Kelley and McGraw, a line up with 6 of those guys will get killed in a $140 league.

send us a link for the league roster so we can see the makeup of pitching in your division....also a list of Free Agents in LF, RF, & 2b...If you have a lot of RHP in your division I'd consider the Griffey 4R card , it is semi-IRON and should produce comparably to your current Griffey....really need to see a list of free agents for both LF and RF and 2b before making recommendatons....at catcher consider the (3) NELers: Mackey, Palm, Troupe...won't hit the HR's like Campy, but almost always out OPS Campy for less money....

Lose Giambi you don't need him with Thomas, Frank will hit RHP just fine.

Otherwise IMO the biggest issue is defense and the park you're in. Dodgers stadium is kind of middle of the road, I've never used it but it doesn't seem to give a big advantage either way.

This is a Barnstormers team so I need to use all parks and it is time for this category. I was looking for guys that walk to make up for the lack of BP singles.

I'd dump Kelly for Willard Brown. Plus Reggie is over priced.
