Slow Filling Up Of Leagues?

Have your leagues been filling up normally, or very slowly? I'm not sure what the new normal is.

I play a lot of 140m leagues. They fill within a few days IF you post here describing the league and its perimeters. I also update how many managers are needed.

I don't play 200m that often but it appears two or three of them fill weekly.

The 24-team leagues are taking weeks.

I have never seen leagues fill so slowly in all the years I've been playing here.

I believe that this is SOM justly reaping what they have sown.

There has been no live draft since February of 2012.

Still no manager ratings since the site migration.

Highly censored message boards and an utter refusal by SOM to engage in a sort of public dialog with the community.

Calling adding a mere 200 cards ATG VII.

SOM turning a blind eye to fixing the rampant disparities in the injury ratings of players who played in every game their respective seasons despite numerous expressed complaints about this by the SOM community, or rather what is left of it.

Their cavalier treatment of long time customers such as TRW and Saltman being the two most egregious examples.

To me the only surprise is that any leagues fill at all.
