Pinch Hitter

A player is listed in the Pinch hitter vs. LHP slot

How about adding a line to your computer program that reads all that information and then does what it says.

umm....because avoid LHP only applies to a player entering a game. The game obviously doesn't work as you would like it to, but it IS working as intended.

If avoid lhp or rhp only applies to players entering a game, then platoons are useless and then there would never be a pinch hitter in a DH league.
However, if that is the case, why doesn't someone from Strat-o-matic tell me that?
