Paul, I should look this up, but can we do add's/drops with our free agent players, subject to the 22 player keeper minimum? In other words, can we do other free agent transactions?

Free agents can come and go. Be dropped, added, traded. As long as you have a 25 man roster at all times and still maintain franchise players.

Given the nature of the league we're really doing a pretty good job keeping the rules straight.

Our league is created and can be found in the Private League section. It is call Six-Season Franchise League, and the password is "franchise".

Please remember to join the division to which you were placed. I don't think it will be a problem, but someone in the west please make sure the league doesn't fill before midnight tonight. It will be good to have a week to wheel and deal.

A couple notes. Please list your third free-agent pick FIRST on your draft list. List any filler scrubs (if like me you didn't draft eleven pitchers) at the END of your draft list. This will keep it fair to everyone. If you drafted a position player and weren't able to pick him up, please make the appropriate drop and claim him ASAP.

This is a frenzy league, so drops can be made immediately. All remaining players, including those keepers who weren't picked in the 22-round draft, are not free agents. You can pick them up as you like, but will be subject to the 5/10/20 waiver penalty.

I hope you're as ready as I am. I really like my team. No I don't. Yes I do. No I don't.

I'll be out all evening working the "World Series of Futility" as the Royals take on the Astros. Let's move as quickly as we can.
