I don't know much about the '08 leagues as I haven't played a team since '09.
I would get rid of Garrett Anderson as he can't run or field so no need for him as your other OF is good. You have 4 SS's and my guess is you will only play 1 of them.
You have a 4* man rotation so no need for McClure as a 5th starter and wasting $1.61MIL. If you drop him and grab a $.50MIL starter with no RP he will not see a game unless injury or you put him in as a starter so he can be bad.
Dropping Anderson and McClure would leave you with $3.07MIL to upgrade RP, C or 2B. Kinsler is good but a 3 at SS and 2B can be a disaster in a pitcher park like Dolphin.
Your pitchers don't have a very good hold and your catcher have -1 and 0 arm rating so steals will happen and again a pitchers park.
Now the real problem! You have no player that hits RHP so if the other teams in your division don't have many LHSP you won't get many runs with this team.
I don't think this team can compete. It is not how I build a team and I would steal as much as possible against you but would not run on your OF. Once your SP is pulled your RP can be hit hard. Again a pitcher park so your starters should go 7 almost every game at home. 1 good set up man a better closer than the one you have.
The msaegse is waht mttares msot!

Thanks for the insight! I will most certainly pass this info on to him.
