Looks like a good Petco team for the most part. You got lots of high BA hitters that I really like to see there and a pretty good number of doubles, which is key. Team speed is certainly good enough, and team defense is very good.

The only issue I have is that even at Petco, you need one big hammer out there who can hit 25+ HRs. Someone with a lot of natural HR power. Hill will be lucky to hit 20 at Petco, and you don't really have much in the way of natural HR points anywhere else. So, I would think of downsizing maybe Kershaw and Oliver, who aren't really good park fits (and cost a lot of $$$) and find an upgrade somewhere who can blast a few HRs. (Cruz, Murphy, Hunter, or Ishikawa are positions I would look at to upgrade to a pure power hitter, but hopefully one with some speed as well)

I might add, while Navarro, behind the plate, can hit a little, he's got a T-20 arm.
Your SP's have great holds, but I see throws going into CF a lot.

You can save a little here using a cheap defensive guy, with a good arm. A + arm isn't necessarily that bad considering the SP holds.

Also, Visick do you mean carry a 3rd catcher who's cheap for a defensive replacement? this is doable as Gordon is just a pinch runner and don't really need him

3 catchers will put 2 on the DL. Just last night while my main catcher is on the DL my second catcher rolled his injury number and would have been on the DL also. It is best just to carry 2.

Thanks Chase that's what I thought. Either go with a platoon at catcher or 1 strong catcher with a cheap backup

Johnson and Nunez are DH platoon. Tracy backs up all 4 infield spots and DH( by backing up 3b, allows Cruz backs up 2b and ss)
