Kemp/Harvey vs. Ruggiano/Gee

I'm torn here, currently I have Ruggiano, but am intrigued by Kemp. His inj-3 worries me though. I guess the decision my decision is whether or not Harvey is an upgrade over Gee cause I believe that Ruggiano has better OB and TB than Kemp. I have had Harvey and he has done well. Also, I'm terrible when it comes to pitching so I'm not confident in anything I do when it comes to that anyway. Other than Buerhle, I'm not sure about the rest of the staff.

Hizzy......I can tell you that I have had Phelps in 2 different league without much success to the point he will serve only as a middle man in the future. Gee, i have also had twice, and he puts up ok numbers pretty similar to his card (for me at least).
Ruggiano has put up very good numbers over the course of a full season for me twice.

Harvey is terrific, and a much better bet than Gee. Ruggiano and Kemp have also preformed well for me.
I'd rather have the Kemp/Harvey duo because Harvey will probably preform much better.

Harvey is an ace, plain and simple!
