It's up to you Visick, but I personnally wasn't pissed at you. Mistakes happens.

I'm sure no one intended to let that run for 100 games just to make the punishment bigger. Usually, when we forget to biring back roster to 25 for a couple of games, we ajust the ''punishment'' in consequence.
I answered a couple of questions for you the best I could but for sure, It was your responsability to read the league's rules from the beginning. I'm in favor of this consequence and I'd had voted in favor if It was for my own (mistake).

No hard feelings visick and feel free to stay if you want (for my part).

I have no problem with whatever punishment is levied.
I broke the rules, I get it.

And I know it wasn't intended to let the mistake run for so long. Just to increase the punishment. I get that too...

" It was your responsability to read the league's rules from the beginning"

Absolutely. I couldn't agree more.

And when I run my leagues, I make sure we all know them.

My point is, I've been around since the beginning. I made an honest mistake. I just wish it would have been nipped in the butt sooner with a subtle message, personally. Not getting outed in a league wide mail. I would have accepted any penalty whether I was wrong by 1 game or 100.

Mistakes happen, it's no big deal. I've just never seen this one before and wanted guidance from the other managers.

Please keep your roster at 25, even after the other managers increase theirs to 28 after game 132.

Thanks.

Hey Viscik, I sent the message to tcochran privately with the intention that it would be handled privately. I was not trying to "get you" but I did feel it needed to be brought to the commish's attention so it did not happen again. Last night was the first time I noticed you had 28, I was checking the roster chart for another reason, it's hard to miss the 3 extra players on one roster.

If it was only one player over or you had recently made some moves I would have just messaged you privately, I'm sure at some point I have gone an extra day or two with 26 healty players in one of my keepers so I know it happens easily. However 3 players over and no transactions for around 3 weeks seemed over the top so I felt the commish should hear about it. I don't really see the need for punishment other than a warning not to let it happen again.

I have no problem with the punishment. I'm cool with that.

I just would have handled it differently. I know nobody was out to "get me". I'm not paranoid.

Like I said, when I run a league. I might get wind of something or I find out something. I then privately investigate first and then once it's corrected, I announce what's transpired.

I'm unhappy with the way things have gone down... I'm not denying that I was in the wrong.

In retrospect, I see that I could have handled that more delicately. I'm sorry if it seemed kinda harsh.

I'm in a lot of leagues with most of these managers and our custom is to openly discuss issues when they arise.

Mistakes happen and I doubt that anybody thinks you were trying to scam the system. When a basic ground rule is breached, though, it seems fair for everybody to have a chance to work on the resolution.

Absolutely. However, a private message to me asking me what the hell I was doing FIRST would have been nice. I was shocked, surprised and embarrassed by the mistake. I would have apologized for breaking the rules at that time and THEN it could have been made public.
