Fantasim?

When I have a question or comment about the game, I email them directly and get a response within hours.

I sent an email last week asking them to look over the "Wish List, Suggestions for SOM" thread and respond to them or have John Garcia respond to them in his Thursday updates. I even asked about Fantasim.

NEVER got a response... very sad...

1152 views on this thread, nothing from the people in charge. It's a lot of complaining about a very small thing, but to actively ignore this is unacceptable.

John Garcia is not very good at his job, either that or he's being told by someone above him to ignore this and let it go away.

I used to play a lot of teams. Not Nev or Petro levels but a lot. This has reduced me to one, maybe two at a time max. I won't play any more because of this. I love the game. Love all of them, and admittedly can't walk away, but this customer service is piss poor and has cost them some of my money. Even if they toss out an olive branch resolution, at this point I'll never forgive them and will always preach the tales of crappy customer service whenever I speak Strat to anyone.

I looked it up...your first post on this (diff. thread, but first post) was Aug. 29th 2012. That means 10 months of avoidance.

I am really lucky as I am surprised I wasn't in that league...I'd be upset too.

It is so long ago, but I almost got to close out that league....couldn't convert a credit in time to do so.....

It makes very little sense however to ignore the issue for so long...$14.99 from 11 players can't have been worth the bad PR it buys Hal Richmond

I'm still missing the chance to trade my 7L Mantle for your underperforming Babe, or seeing Scraps on here, how about ... Hiller, Cy Morgan, Ott, FRob and Rajah for ECK, Henry, Lanier, Speaker, Greenberg, and Gehringer (wait, that may not be enough players for a Scraps deal.... )
