80's keeper league ggrover15 load and we draft!

To be clear, your main 7 keepers are yours. period. you cant even drop them-but you can trade them for other people's keepers.
You additional 3 "protected players" are yours unless someone else drafts them, which someone else probably will within 3 rounds if they are any good. If the player you most want is already one of your 3 additional "protected players" you need to draft them to guarantee that you will keep them. If someone else drafts them , you do NOT get them but you get an a 4th round draft pick (and 5th round and 6th round if 2 or 3 of your players are drafted by others).

question. if you draft your own keeper do you still get a forth round pick???? so if I take one of my 3 keepers in the first round do I get a fourth round pick since he was taken.

Yes you can. I just sent an email answering some other questions. Welcome to the board!
Like a previous post said concerning the three keepers you can use your draft pick to choose one of your three if you think someone may draft them away. Otherwise take someone not on the 7 keeper list. If you want a new stadium you must use your third round pick to do so.

under info/help click player set browser
drop down to view player sets
choose back to the 80's
this is the player list
you dont need to create a team yet
once we do our draft in the forums we will create our teams
as you see you would be free to draft any you like
this keeper league uses a gentlemens agreement to only select your players

Are you asking how do you know which year of the players card you have? If so, this is a mystery card game, to start the season you don't know! It can be any of the five listed years.

Simply copy this list, insert your player, then post. On your team draft list you can rank Santiago at 25 if you wish no one else will have him on their draft list. That is where the gentlemen's agreement comes in.
