Constructive Suggestion for New Card Set

Maybe that's the REAL problem with the Mystery card set is that it's too small and not enough variety of ballparks almost all of the ballparks during 70's were homogenous cookie cutters ...it seems that there are just a handful of hitters and pitchers that are real desirable and it's luck of the draw who gets them...not a lot of variety to the strategies I've seen since the card sets are so small...the problem is that I don't think there are 900 quality players in a given decade that have 5 seasons...so how about a 50's/60's combined mystery with 900 to 1,000 players...almost doubling the talent pool...great variety of ballparks during that DOUBLE DECADE too!

"Bud Weiser" card? i'll drink to that! i'd really like a mystery card game from 1930 backwards. that would be awesome. all the small ballers plus babe, Hornsby, etc.

I mentioned this awhile back also. They could easily make a "ATG like" set with the cards from 2001-2012.

Or even turn it into a mystery card set.

I concur with this indeed. The other day I made a comment on one of the topics and left the site, only to come back nearly six hours later (this was daytime) to find no one else had made any posts since mine! Leagues are getting hard to fill; a recent league I joined had to amend the rule on multiple ownership just to fill. A couple of other interesting theme ideas have seemingly died on the vine for lack of interest.

Shuffled Leagues are the future. In some version or another, they seem to be a brilliant way to ensure both variety and consistency. Sadly, they have not been very popular thusfar but I challenge you all to join one. I've started a new 60 mil shuffled league with only 1000 cards in it.

As I said, in some version or another, shuffled leagues will be popular if this game goes on to the success its very capable of achieving. If strat could sync its online PC games with an interactive online marketplace like what we have here in Strato-online, it could be brilliant. Head-to-Head play and everything!


Anyways, for now please check out this 60 mil shuffled league, this is an open invite to all the most prestigious and disgruntled managers out there!
