Any interest in this league idea?

I have been thinking a while about doing a league called "September Call Up". It would be a 5/10/20 drop penalty league. A specific amount of cash would be withheld before the league starts and released 12 games prior to the last FA claims (after game 129 until 141) allowing each team a chance to acquire an extra player (or players) as FA callups. As we all know sometimes September additions can help real clubs make the playoffs, drastically changing the team, so the amount withheld would have to be a significant amount... maybe 10% of opening day payroll. So if it was a 100 mil cap, we would withhold 10 mil , 9 mil for 90, 8 mil for 80, etc. Waddaya think? Mike

There was a similar themed league awhile back; this league released salary amount several times through the year. I believe we began with 80 mil and worked up to 140, with each week resulting in a jump in salary. It was a fun league. Each week the FA selections were determined by record.
