Tony Pena walks into a bar.

No.......but Tony Pena is my only sub for Fisk at catcher and Perez at first. And wouldn't you know it ...surprise, surprise...
they both go down for 3 games. As you might expect Pena is a better catcher than he is a first basemen. And as you might expect, HAL puts him at first base and throws Butch Hobson in as catcher, as a 5 probably. The opposing team steals like a little league game - a walk or single is a triple!!!!

So for tonight I took Pena off the first base sub, leaving it blank, and left him in as the catching sub. Will HAL take my hint and put someone else in at first base? Stay tuned - same bat(ty)-time, same bat(ty)-channel!

That's why I always carry 4 or 5 catchers

Co-inka-dently - since pointing this out, my team has gone 4-14 and lost 7 games of it's 9 game lead.
