Can someone please explain steal ratings to me? Following are Fred Snodgrass' ratings for 1912 and 1911, respectively:

(AA) *3-6/- (19-15)
(A) *2-8,11/9,10,12 (15-8)


Cards are almost same price, but the 2nd has a much better BA/OBP. The second (1911) he had 51 SB and has an A rating. The first he had 43 SB and has a AA. What do the other numbers mean?

** I will likely upgrade to the 1909 Jones card once we've concluded the selection process. I actually had another name that I was going to use for this team, but now I'm considering either "Davy Jones Locker" or "Hey, Hey, We're the Monkees". There also happens to be a Fielder Jones and a Tom Jones (I guess that's not unusual), and I was thinking that I could select them and then have a team name of "Keeping Up With the Joneses".
