Strange depressing stat

I am currently on a 17 game losing streak in the playoffs at 200mil. Teams average record are 94 wins. Five teams ago I was up three games to one and lost the next three to lose in the semis. My next three teams got swept in the semis, including a 102 win team that never spent a day out of first place. Last night lost games one and two to make it 17 in a row. The worst teams I ever put together never lost that many in a row so it is hard to believe when a bunch of very good teams can put together this type of streak. On a positive, my 80mil team won game one in the semis last night for a overall recent record of 1-18.

Playoffs? What are playoffs?

I would send an email to the online help and apologize. For what? Everything you can think of. Someone apparently does not like you. If your next team gets swept I would look higher and go to confession.

Won two on the road, streaks over!

The secret is to barely squeak into the playoffs with 84 or 85 wins. Those teams are unstoppable in the playoffs.

AMEN to that last post, man have I been bitching about this for a few years........

and just to note, i just had my first down 3-1 and win the series experience. first time i came back to win a series down 3-1 EVER. at last count, i am up to 14 times the other way (up 3-1 and lose)......how unreal is that?

and its more like 85-88 win teams in mediocre divisions, i have lost count of how many WS titles they have won for me and in the leagues i play in, including a bunch who go in on the last day and had (-) run differentials.

that's the team that was down 3-1 in the semis to a 94 win team......and down 3-2 in the finals to a 98 win team

My 3 rings were won with reg season records of 85, 87 and 88 wins, and I swept a couple rounds in those post seasons. My top 3 reg season team with wins of 99, 97, 93 were either demolished in the post season or didn't make it. Yeah 93 wins and I finished 3rd in my div.

Here is my example. A 83 win team champ over a 100 win team. I started out 8-0 and was mediocre for 154 games. To be fair my high priced SP (Josh Johnson and Cueto 2011) came through in the playoffs.
